  Katy Smith
  Check up overall was fine, but dentist performed services at extra cost without my knowledge and I was not asked to pay for that service before leaving the surgery. I then received aggressive letter stating that I owed them money.
  I do believe I should have been asked if I was happy to pay, before performing the service. I should have also then been asked to pay the charge before leaving the surgery instead of receiving letters with added administration fees.
